Photographs
A few photos taken in our travels.

Early Morning
Early morning in Boothbay Harbor, Maine.

Wooden Buoys
Leftover buoys (but not forgotten) of a era now gone. These are retired buoys from a local lobsterman who has them hanging on his fence and stone walls.

Molting Season
During molting season, the lobsters come in close to shore for protection while their shell hardens. This photo was taken mid-tide, the yellow trap (lower left on the photo) is sitting in about three feet of water.

On the Docks
Lobstering equipment being readied for the season.

Almost Time
Newly painted lobster buoys getting ready for another season in the water

Lost Equipment
Beachcombed lobster buoys that have found a new home.

Solitude
A lone lobster buoy standing watch over the foggy ocean.
